Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within one business day of being placed.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You will also receive automated updates regarding your shipment status.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery
Orders are delivered in 2 - 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Prepaid orders above ₹1999 are eligible for free delivery.
Prepaid orders below ₹1999 will have a shipping fee of ₹100.
COD orders have a shipping fee of ₹150.
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders below ₹5000.

Express Delivery
Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Available for select pincodes in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon and Delhi NCR at a charge of ₹500.

Same Day Delivery (Mumbai only)
Available at ₹450.
Applicable only for orders placed between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day.
This service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are shipped only after confirmation through our automated WhatsApp message or a phone call from our team.
Orders not confirmed within 2 to 3 days will be automatically cancelled.

Important Shipping Information

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct
• Shop Mauve will not be responsible for orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
• Please note that we work with third-party courier companies, and while we coordinate closely with them, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control
• If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please inform us within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with our courier partner
• Requests raised after 24 hours may not be serviceable with courier partners
• Dispatch timelines may vary during high order volume periods, launches, or festive seasons. In such cases, our team will inform you via email or phone

Returned to Origin (RTO)

For prepaid orders returned to origin, a Shop Mauve gift card will be issued after deducting ₹100 as shipping charges.
No refund will be made to the original payment method.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
