Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS

To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to submit a return / exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the products.

RETURN:

  • Refunds will be issued as a gift-card only.
  • A return processing fee of 100/- will be deducted from the gift-card amount.
  • If we do not receive a response to follow-up emails regarding the return within 72 hours, the return request will be CANCELLED.
  • We will only issue the gift card once we receive the return package back in the warehouse and quality check is done. This usually takes 10-14 days for the entire process to take place.
  • To substantiate a claim regarding the receipt of an incorrect product, the delivery team will need a comprehensive video of the unboxing and unpacking process for verification purposes.

EXCHANGE:

  • Exchange option is available for SIZES only of the same product (subject to product availability).
  • Please be aware that products purchased as part of our bundles are not eligible for returns. However, you may exchange them for a different size, subject to product availability.
  • If we do not receive a response to follow-up emails regarding the exchange within 72 hours, the exchange request will be CANCELLED.
  • We will only dispatch the exchanged product once we receive the initial product package back in the warehouse and quality check is done. This usually takes 10-14 days for the entire process to take place.

CANCELLATION:

  • Once a prepaid order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it or issue any refunds for the same. 

NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

  • Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Items on clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (150/-) are non-refundable.

All mails/dms will be addressed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of being received.

RETURN POLICY IN DETAIL:

  • Mauve reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.
  • If the customer sends incorrect items(e.g. wrong items, incomplete items etc.), all shipping charges would be borne by the customer.
  • The product must be in the original shape that was shipped from our production facility. The product must not contain stains, wrinkles, "wear-and-tear," or be visibly used in any way—no odors, pet stains, or stains of any kind, etc. 
  • We reserve the right to dispute this claim if we have any reason to believe that you are exercising this offer for self-gain. If you have repeatedly exercised this offer, we reserve the right to dispute this claim, including banning your IP address and customer information from future orders. We reserve the right to report you to the appropriate authority if we feel you are exercising this for self-gain. We wish to provide you with a guarantee, but we do not want to be taken advantage of.
  • We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong address).
  • In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email info@shopmauve.in within 24 hours. Insert pictures, videos and clear descriptions of the damage and our team will get back to you at the earliest. DO NOT remove the hang tags for a damaged product as then the product would be considered faulty by the customer.
