Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

  1. Orders will be processed within one business day.
  2. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You will also receive automated updates regarding the status of your order. 
  3. Same day delivery is applicable only for orders placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day, even if Same-Day Delivery is selected.
  4. Cash On Delivery orders will be shipped only after confirmation via our automated WhatsApp message or a phone call from our team. If the order is not confirmed within 2-3 days, it will be cancelled.
  5. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  6. Please note that dispatch times can vary if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during festivities. In that case, we will contact you via email or phone. 
  7. Please double check that the address provided by you at checkout is correct. Mauve will not issue any refunds or exchange of products for any orders that have incorrect address or contact information.
  8. For prepaid orders returned to origin (RTO), a gift card will be issued after deducting INR 100/- as shipping charges. No refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  9. Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.
  10. The delivery timeline for the orders is:
  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within up to 10 days. Standard delivery is free on orders above INR 1999/-.
  • Express Delivery: Delivered within 2-4 days, available for select pincodes in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR at a charge of INR 500/-.
  • Same Day Delivery (Mumbai only): Available for INR 450/-. This service is not available on weekends and public holidays.
